A scholar throughout her long academic career , she is a post graduate from the prestigious VALLABHBHAI PATEL CHEST INSTITUTE, New Delhi, 

Dr. Dash has received rigorous trainings and undertaken an array of advanced courses in CRITICAL CARE , SLEEP, ALLERGY , INTERVENTIONAL BRONCHOSCOPY and THORACOSCOPY. She underwent further training in prestigious institutes of India like BL Kapur super speciality Hospital (New Delhi) , RBIPMT (New Delhi) and AIIMS (Raipur). She has also worked as a SENIOR CONSULTANT at top hospitals like Vijaya Hospital (Chennai) and Dr BR Ambedkar Memorial Hospital (Raipur). 

As a Pulmonologist she has delivered numerous lectures in conferences and workshops in India, and has several research papers to her name in top national and international journals . She has been invited as a speaker and chairperson at a number of workshops, CMEs and state and national Conferences. Dr Dash is a lifetime member of Europian Respiratory Society (ERS) and Asia Pacific Society of Respirology (APSR) and has cutting edge international exposure through her active participation in workshops and conferences in Europe and Asia. She loves to research and is actively involved in teaching doctors and medical students at post graduate and graduate level. 

At present she is working as an Assistant Professor, Respiratory Medicine department at Dr BR Ambedkar Hospital (Raipur) and visiting Consultant at Dr. MR Bhagwat Hospital (Raipur)
